At Armed Forces Gear, we strive to make your shopping experience a positive one. We gladly accept returns on any unworn, non-laundered, or unused items returned to us within 60 days of delivery.
If you received a damaged or defective item, or if there is any kind of error regarding your order (wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item), please contact us at 410-766-2600, email@example.com or via Live Chat to get the issue resolved at no additional cost to you.
Please follow these simple procedures to insure a hassle-free return:

- Insure your return package.
- We recommend that returns be properly packaged, to insure that items are not damaged in shipping. Also, please ship with some form of delivery receipt.
- Please enclose a note as to the reason for the return. (We just want to know so we can keep everyone happy.) Kindly let us know if we messed up!
- Return a copy of the original packing list, include your phone number and email address.
- Please allow 7-14 days for us to process your refund to your credit card.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if your order was shipped in error.
- We can only accept unworn, unused, non-laundered, and non-defective items.
- Custom and special orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Returns need to be sent within 60 days of delivery.
